My rc nitro car randomly stalls on no particular power, does anyone know how to stop this?

My rc nitro 1/8 buggy stalls about three times every tank randomly and i do not know what is causing it. I am really confused as the engine does not stall at any particular throttle level. Any help would be great, thanks Oh, and I don't think the air bubbles are affecting it because there aren't any visible ones and the car still stalls.

it sounds like u have air bubbles in your fuel line. if your fuel line is clear then look and see if there r any air bubbles in it. it is caused by a leak in the fuel line or the tank. u can check by taking the lines off of the carb and the exhaust and blow in to one end while blocking the other, if there is a leak then u will know it.

Start electric for sure. Nitro adds a whole level of complexity to the hobby that can be frustrating when you are just starting out.

what is a good RC nitro buggy brand that is not that pricey?

Are the three most run at my club. The Hypers tend to be the quicker cars, but i've noticed need replacement parts more often. The trophy is what i run, and i love it.
The Thunder tiger is as quick as the hyper, if rightly tuned, but seems to be the hardest to start, seems to be the most temperamental.

Most 1/8th buggies are around £200. However i got my trophy 2nd hand for £70. Needed a new steering servo (about a tenner) a new glow plug, and a few screws tightened.
If your just starting out, get a new one. Preferably buy from a shop, as i know antics and model zone etc. will only touch models bought from them.
