what is the most cheapest rc buggy site?

The price needs to be at least under neath $40.00. i want it as my Christmas present.it cannot be cheapish made. if possible it needs to go at-least 10mph. also if possible to be a rc buggy. a good one. with details.!f it is over $50.00. don't comment TK.DOESNT NEED TO BE A BUGGY. It is a buggy and under $50, not including tax.
Last I checked, this buggy does do about 10 MPH. Around 9.3 MPH on the radar gun I think?
